The client had already taken advantage of our video services to create several short videos to demonstrate their new Continuous Rotary Chiller product at conference events. Then they wanted to send out more specific information on this new product to a specific group of experts in the food and beverage industries and came to us to bring together the video pieces along with some press releases and technical specifications to create an electronic press kit.

We are an exclusive provider of Info-roms™ for the various conferences the ABA holds year round (roughly 12 to 15 conferences per year). The client sends along all PDF materials for the disc. From these materials we come up with packaging design and compile all of the information into an indexed and searchable CD-ROM that runs on Adobe Acrobat (included on the disc). The client also takes advantage of our duplication services. Lastly, we ship the discs directly to the conference for distribution.
